P504_Enugu_State_Energy is a PHC Service project designed to explore, structure and support energy-industry development opportunities in Enugu State, Nigeria. The project adapts the wider Power Integration concept into a reduced-scope, state-level initiative focused on practical governance support for electricity-market reform, distribution improvement, rural electrification, mini-grid development, training capacity and stakeholder coordination. Through the PHC Service, the project will identify live opportunities, map stakeholders, expose delivery risks, define actions and create a structured route for Order Efficiency Ltd, local partners and PHC Consultants to support Enugu’s emerging energy-sector needs in a transparent, measurable and socially beneficial way.
