he Journal project provides the PHC Port facility through which members record useful activity, build evidence of contribution, and develop a structured personal record of experience. It includes tools such as Timechunks, Experience, Contribution, Shareout, and Test Questions, each supporting a different part of member participation and development.
Timechunks allow members to record work done in short, meaningful entries linked to projects, concerns, actions, deliverables, or other PHC records. The Experience facility provides the outline of a living CV, helping members describe what they have done and how their capability is developing. Contribution records help summarise daily value added, while Shareout provides a future basis for recognising contribution when project value is distributed.
The Journal is therefore not merely a diary. It is a structured evidence system for participation, learning, accountability, and future opportunity.
