This project captures the formation of a possible Nigeria-based Local Content Readiness service or consultancy partnership. The immediate purpose is to define the opportunity, clarify roles, capture early evidence, identify requirements, and assess whether a viable service can be developed with PHC Service support.

Define the proposed service, partnership structure, target client context, evidence requirements, governance approach, commercial assumptions, and early delivery method for Local Content Readiness support in Nigeria.
Background
The project originated from dialogue with Michael-Ubini Oluseyi following discussion around procurement readiness, certification evidence, and credible assurance. Michael indicated interest in partnering for consultancy services connected with NCDMB, with no payment structure currently in place and a local team still to be formed.
Impact Summary
If developed successfully, the project could support stronger local content capability, clearer readiness evidence, improved management decision-making, and structured development of local professionals and service teams using PHC methods.
