Project Brief Golden Truths University (GTU) is a transformative educational, cultural, and humanitarian development project proposed in Mussomeli, Sicily. It repurposes an existing set of buildings into a fully operational campus serving as the European anchor of the global Through The Golden Door (TTGD) program. GTU will provide training, creativity, psychological development, community engagement, and leadership development for individuals and Funding Ready across Europe, Africa, and Asia. 2. The Challenge / Opportunity Mussomeli is emerging as a symbolic location for social regeneration, cultural innovation, and new models of human development. A repurposable building complex exists, but it is currently inactive, lacking: Structured educational and community programmes A central facility for TTGD’s rapidly growing Ecosystem A training and research platform for humanitarian interventions A unifying “anchor institution” to integrate TTGD’s Italy–Africa–Asia network A governance framework to ensure transparency, quality, and sustainability GTU responds directly to this opportunity. 3. The PHC Solution PHC Service provides governance, oversight, cost control, risk management, and early-finish efficiency to ensure the project is implemented on time, within budget, and at high quality. The PHC Service will: Monitor all cost categories, contractors, activities, deliverables, and milestones Catch risks early through the Open Concerns and 7-Day Review system Ensure transparency to donors, partners, and the Municipality Create a replicable model for future TTGD campuses Embed PHC methodology into GTU’s long-term operations GTU becomes both a project implemented under PHC and a centre for teaching PHC globally. 4.
