Project: Rebecca Shepherd - Public Focus

Rebecca Shepherd – Public Focus is a PHC Project created to provide a structured Open Concerns space around Rebecca Shepherd’s emergence as a public candidate and local representative voice for Makerfield. The project is not presented as an endorsement or campaign instrument, but as a way to capture, organise and review the concerns, priorities and public expectations connected with her candidacy. It focuses on the practical issues raised in her public profile, including local business pressure, SEND support, safer streets, overdevelopment, anti-social behaviour and high street recovery. The aim is to make public discussion more traceable, constructive and evidence-led.
