PHC People are divided into three categories.

PHC Consultants

PHC Consultants come from the world of projects—just like you! Some specialize in PHC Database Tooling, a skillset that takes time to master.

Others hold Discipline Roles, such as Risk Engineer or Project Assurance Manager. These professionals work within their respective fields while using PHC Service tooling to enhance their impact on projects.

You can join us as a Project Discipline professional and gain opportunities to work ‘between contracts’ on an interim basis for new projects.

Project Disciplines

This is a place to find people who have good knowledge of the PHC Methodology and who are available for project recruitment approaches.

Imagine your project staffed almost entirely with professionals who are well versed in using the PHC Service and working with PHC tooling. Early finish and underbudget virtually guaranteed!

PHC Partners

PHC grows through trusted partners who introduce real project opportunities and help open doors to decision-makers. Partners operate on a non-exclusive basis and are rewarded via an agreed commission on paid PHC Service work arising from the opportunities they introduce.

To protect both parties and keep documents current, we don’t publish pro-forma agreements publicly. Instead, once you make contact we share a short “Partner Pack” (overview + process + draft documents) and ask you to confirm alignment with the PHC Service Charter.
