Coordinating the pilot export of Ugandan pineapples directly to UK retailers under the PHC framework.
Desired Outcome:
Successful, traceable shipment from Uganda farms to UK shops demonstrating PHC governance.
What Could Go Wrong:
Delays, customs issues, or quality failures could damage credibility and disrupt logistics chain.
Current Situation:
Experimental plan previously established with partners in Uganda (Kulika) and UK (TROM Computers) to ship in February 2022 failed through lack of funding. Currently revitalising through the TTGD EcoSociety network.
Action Strategy:
Maintain strict schedule control, quality checks, and transparent documentation under PHC Service supervision.
