Description:
The monetary system created artificial scarcity, which made a space for certain select people to live in conditions that could be considered depraved. This is unlikely to disappear instantly after the Event. Not to say that it is impossible, DNA could all upgrade % simultaneously in a rapture of a happening, like all lower consciousness is raised by some electromagnetic plasmatic BOOM!

Current Situation:
The ghettos and projects are full of hustlers and impoverished people who don't really give a f*** any-who. These individuals have been deprived of a nurturing environment growing up, and it is a sector already having been infiltrated to a higher degree by police aggression. There are bound to be a few beefs that will need to be settled.
Action Strategy:
The Pulse is an action strategy, but we need many who may be considered diplomats to keep the peace between the different classes and contrived status' of persons. We are likely to have to hold the hands of the wicked and depreciated until they can mingle with the rest in the abundance of the commons.
