Description:
The Arini Method pilot phase is intended as a learning opportunity, a chance to test, adapt, and refine the model before wider deployment. However, if stakeholders (EcoSocieties, facilitators, trainers) are unclear on how the pilot differs from a full licensing rollout, expectations may be misaligned.
There is a concern about distinguishing the exploratory, iterative nature of the pilot from the standardised, permanent nature of the eventual full-scale implementation.
