Description:
Training programs form the operational backbone of the Arini Method. They equip facilitators, teachers, and community volunteers with the values, methods, and tools needed to deliver child-centred, curiosity-driven education.
There is concern about whether each pilot location has a realistic, locally adapted plan for launching and managing training, from logistics and materials to trainer competence and community alignment.
