The Arini Method pilot spans multiple EcoSocieties across different countries and cultures. Each location is expected to implement the model, report learnings, and adapt based on collective insight.
There is a concern about ensuring each site can “see” the others, not just in theory but through practical visibility, shared documentation, collaborative tools, and coordinated check-ins. It’s about creating a cohesive pilot, not isolated experiments.
