Description:
The success of the Arini Method pilot hinges on the people delivering it, and that begins with how the trainers themselves are trained. "Training the trainers" means equipping a first layer of facilitators with the values, tools, and techniques to guide others, not just mechanically, but with deep understanding of the Arini ethos.
There is concern about ensuring the training of trainers is not rushed, generic, or overly theoretical, but immersive, context-aware, and empowering.
Desired Outcome:
Develop a cascade model to scale Arini pedagogy through certified trainers

Trainer cohort might be insufficient or uneven in quality
