Project:
386 - TTGD 4 Healthy Eco Homes
Person:
David Winter (1)
Description:
There is concern about effective use of the Uganda training course as a blueprint for all future EcoSociety training events. The goal is to capture best practices, document processes, and set quality standards for housing, materials, food, and accommodation support.
Desired Outcome:
The Uganda training course delivers a successful model that can be replicated across all EcoSociety locations, with local adaptations for housing materials, food, and accommodation.
What Could Go Wrong:
If this first course fails to set a clear, effective standard, future courses will lack structure and risk inconsistent quality across EcoSociety locations.
Current Situation:
he first training course is scheduled for one month in Uganda, serving as the pilot for the Healthy Eco Housing programme across multiple EcoSocieties.
Action Strategy:
Plan, monitor, and document all processes thoroughly to create a repeatable template for subsequent training courses in other locations.
