The Uganda training course offers a chance to set a benchmark for all Funding Ready training going forward.
To maximize its value, its important that every process, from planning and delivery to housing, food, and community support, is well documented. This will allow us to create a repeatable standard that guides all future training, while still leaving room for adaptation to local contexts. Eco building will be one subset of this broader model, and its success will depend on the same clarity and adaptability in approach.
Importantly, the lessons learned from any shortcomings in Uganda will be just as valuable as the successes, since nothing is ever absolutely perfect and, these will strengthen the model for future Funding Ready
